Research On The Relationship Of Vocational College Students' Interest In Career And Self-efficacy Occupational And Its Personality Traits--Take The Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College As The Example

Vocational interest as one of the factors affecting career choices, career choices in individual plays an important role. This phenomenon could be due to the chosen career and their career interests and personality or the result does not match. Which career self-efficacy, personality traits, vocational interest is the impact of career choice and a key factor to success. Over vocational interests and employment for independent employment-oriented vocational colleges essential source of students in higher vocational colleges, and other professional to determine which plays an important role. Therefore, Vocational Students interested in research has important theoretical and practical significance.In this study, occupational self-efficacy scale,16PF Personality Questionnaire and Holland vocational interest inventory, on the 350 vocational schools conducted a survey of vocational students. Through statistical software SPSS11.0, using variance analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, the following conclusions:1. Vocational College Students vocational interests tend to the practical and research-based, most of the Vocational College Students vocational interests and job requirements with the appropriate environment consistent.2. Gender, students in the vocational students in the vocational interests, career self-efficacy, personality traits were significantly different. Male and female students in research, community-based interest. There are significant differences between types. Research, business type on interest, boys scored higher than girls, while girls scored in the social type, conventional type, art-based career interest type was significantly higher than boys.3. In different professional students in vocational interests was not significant, but in the conventional type are significant differences.4. Art students of different ethnic groups there were significant differences. 5. Vocational College Students career self-efficacy, personality traits and vocational interests among the various dimensions of most significant correlation.6. Vocational College Students career Self-efficacy and personality traits of vocational interest type was significant. Career self-efficacy, personality traits of A (Gregariousness), C (Stability), G (Immutability/Perseverance), H (Social Boldness), N (Privateness), Q2 (Independence) to a certain extent on the career interest predictors. Vocational interest rates higher occupational self-efficacy scores showed that the higher the occupational self-efficacy assessment is more accurate. More predictable career choices.
