In the trend of worldwide education reform, our country is also carrying out the reform in education,education’s eyes have turned away from the transmission and inheritance of knowledge to for the futuredevelopment and creation, the mission of education is also no longer cultivate reserved talents for the futureof the world, and should be for individual lifelong learning and growth as well as the development ofvarious possibilities in the future to lay the basis of reality. In order to keep up with the pace of theeducation reform, in order to improve the teaching quality, the First Senior Middle School of Fangchengafter repeated cautiously discussion and research, combined with the actual situation of our school, in2011in November "352" efficient classroom teaching mode was proposed. Different from the past teachersteaching primarily traditional teaching mode,"352" effective classroom teaching mode gives the classroomback to students, gives time back to students,lets the classroom to life, lets the students move, makes thestudent’s main body status is fully respected, also makes the students’ subjective initiative into full play.Teachers retreated behind the scenes, only to give students inspiration and guide and help when necessary.This article makes a detailed reading for the First Senior Middle School of Fangcheng "352" effectiveclassroom teaching mode, also with the traditional teaching mode to do the comparative study of the system,makes a analysis in-depth with respect to its problems existing in the actual operation in three aspects of theschool and teachers and students, and in three years experience in teaching practice and based on the resultsof the questionnaire, puts forward some opinions and suggestions of genuinene and honesty in three aspectsof the school and teachers and students."352" effective classroom teaching mode, students participate inthe process of knowledge construction, to become the conclusions and the discoverer of the law, studentstake responsibility for their own learning, really do the study master."352" effective classroom teachingmode, but also provides the time and space as well as opportunities for each student’s advantages in thefield of intelligent mining and development such as language expression ability and logical thinking abilityas well as communication and cooperation ability and so on, also makes teachers to understand theirstudents fully and correctly,giving each student expectation appropriate and fit in with the needs of them inthe development of perspective,so as to promote students to raise their own self-confidence and explore the wisdom of their potential.Compared with the centralized and cramming education mode of traditionalteaching,"352" effective classroom teaching mode has some superiorities,such as students have more timeto participate in class, classroom atmosphere actively, more conducive to the interaction between teachersand students,as well as to students’ learning and development in the future will be more helpful and so on..However "352" effective classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode each has respectiveadvantages and disadvantages, the two teaching modes are not simply totally repudiate nor blindly sure,but should foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, to absorb the essence. Teaching has its method butnon-fixed, in the practice of teaching, teachers should know as much as possible and master the wo kinds ofteaching mode-"352" effective classroom teaching and traditional teaching,even more of the other teachingmode, to compare various kinds of teaching modes and clear their advantages and limitations,then choosethe appropriate teaching mode according to practical situation such as subject nature and the level ofstudents’ physical and mental development and the teaching goal and task as well as students and social’needs and so on,so as to extract effective teaching methods to improve the teaching quality.
