The eighth elementary education curriculum reform means to new curriculum innovation,which started in 2001.Elementary Education Curriculum Reform Essentials points out:to adjust elementary's curriculum system,structure,content and to construct new elementary education curriculum system conforming to quality-oriented education's requirement,in order to promote curriculum reform of elementary education.The reform promoted the innovation of talent cultivation mode,students' integrated development and teachers' profession development.Many outstanding school which were practicable to national police to created the mode combing their feature appeared.S high school is the model of Shanxi.It created its own classroom teaching mode,named”Xue Wu Zhan Yan”Shuang Luo Xuan Mode.In this paper,writer grasp the ideology,target,implementation way and support mechanism of the reform and summarize the outstanding achievements.In the aspect of teachers,they have more teaching enthusiasm,especially young teachers,they are confident in curriculum reform;group lecture preparation assured reasonable contents and preparation way and reinforce the unity among teachers;teachers are desired professional training to improve their teaching quality.In aspect of students,the curriculum teaching mode motivate their learning ardor and improve their grades.In addition,more harmonious between teachers and students,they realized the equality and respect each other.There are some problems in the teaching mode.The learning guide dosen't comply with students' demands;the operation of group lecture preparation is not scientific;study group division is unreasonable;teachers' ideology is staleness;one size fits all different subjects;multimedia equips insufficiently;advance of theory is not enough.Certainly,problems are inevitable.So it is valuable of putting forward the corresponding strategy.The writer put forward some improving measures through teaching practice and related theory.According to the course contents and students' demands to compile learning guide;to normalize lecture preparation program;to devise study groupreasonably;to teach students differently according to their ability and grade;to strengthen the training of teachers;to communicate more.
