After consulting a large number of literatures, the authorfound that there are a lot of researches on the teaching and evaluation lessons involving numbers ofdirection, researches on the physics examination paper evaluation also obtained the certain achievement.This topic was conducted on the basis of investigation and study. The author designed thequestionnaire for students and teachers respectively, did data collated and analysis through statisticalknowledge, and finally discovered some existing problems in current physics teaching and evaluationlessons. Integrating the teaching model under the new curriculum concept systematic, the author raised thethree section of six steps evaluation teaching mode based on the theory of teaching and constructivismtheory. The three section including autonomy stage, interaction stage and feedback stage. Each phasecontains six links. There are autonomous error correction part, teacher autonomous research part, teacherlectures, group discussion, variable type of training, summarize and consolidating practice. By means of theteaching cases design of the evaluation on the Shangqiu first mock exam papers, this research givesexamples of teaching model for senior physics examination paper evaluation,and provides a morescientific theory basis for the senior physics examination paper evaluation class teaching.
