Study On The Development Of Technology Of Teaching Evaluation In Universities

In order to realize sustainable development of higher education, colleges and universities have always given priority to improve the quality of instruction.The role of teaching evaluation is to improve the quality of instruction, so it is a subject very close to how to evaluate the teaching.To evaluation about qualities of instruction or learning, work of teaching evaluation gradually increases, with the increased number of students for increasing expansion of colleges and universities.It is greatly significant to apply advanced technology to work about teaching evaluation for increasing efficiency and accuracy about teaching evaluation.By the study methods of the literature analysis,interviews, experiments and questionnaire survey and so on,regarding GuangXi university for nationalities as an example,this paper reviewed and analyzed the development about technology of evaluation about qualities of instruction and learning.It provided improvement:dynamic evaluation mode,data screening by hierarchical cluster analysis,digital records of the individual teachers about evaluation of qualities of instruction, learning evaluation by Weblog and Moodle,the establishment based on the technology of multi-evaluation of anchored instruction mode about experiment of college Physics after the case study on GuangXi university for nationalities.It compared the original teaching evaluation and the improved,then summarized the disadvantage of the original and the advantage of the improved.In technology,this paper solved a problem about data analysis and data use in the work on teaching evaluation.It applied the advanced tools of data analysis to the work of teaching evaluation.From the simulated results of experiment,it proved to be an efficient and accurate way in the teaching evaluation.
