Primary education is the foundation of education, to improve the overallquality of education must be from primary education. Children receive primaryeducation is the beginning of school education, the children over to the boy, fromimmature to mature gradually, mental and physical development of the key stage.Thus this period of education, the development of a person’s life plays an importantrole in the Enlightenment. In view of this, the study’s own truth departure fromLaos through from the point of view of geography studies the layout of the currentstatus of the Lao rural primary and elementary education policy focuses on theadjustment of the layout of rural primary Laos problems and difficulties; alsofocuses on the Rural primary education policy problems. This paper puts forwardthe feasibility of the proposal to solve the problem and measures, hoping todevelopment of primary education in rural Laos theoretical research and practicalexploration play a valuable role for the promotion of small rural Laos Compulsoryschool to provide a reference for sustainable development.Paper consists of six parts:The first part (chapter) describes the research background, purpose andsignificance of the rural areas of primary education policy research situation of thesort and evaluation, and confessed thesis ideas, logical framework approach.The second part (Chapter II) is a primary education in rural Laos to analyzethe effects of policy, including the policy of primary education in rural LaosAnalysis of Effect of primary education in rural areas with Laos theoretical modelanalysis of the effects of policies, is the thesis research.The third part (Chapter III) is a rural primary school in the old comparativeanalysis of education policy. Expect from primary education in rural China policycan be found in the historical changes of primary education in rural areas of Laospolicies place to learn.The fourth part (Chapter IV) is the Lao rural primary education policyproblems and cause analysis, previous paper by the old rural primary educationpolicy on the basis of comparison, the Lao rural primary education policy to findout the problems, and for the problems cause analysis, this part is the core. The fifth part (Chapter V) is the development of primary education in ruralLaos suggestions Laos rural primary education policy development can beeffectively protected.Part VI (Chapter VI) conclusion, summarize research papers.
