As a basic policy of our country, family planning has implemented more than30years, has made outstanding contributions to the effective control of the whole society the rapid population increase:the country is at least less growth4million people, and promote China’s population size achieved by the "high low high" mode to the "low, low, low" model, successfully completed the transition from type of population reproduction type to the modern type of population reproduction type of historical transformation.
