Aerobic endurance is the human use the limits of engine body on oxygentransport and absorption capacity, maximal oxygen uptake is reflected in acomprehensive index of aerobic endurance. Heart and lung index difference will beanalyzed three kinds of people, and according to the relative value of the maximumoxygen uptake aerobic endurance is divided into five levels, to explore the differencesbetween different populations of aerobic endurance index level of heart and lung andarmed police soldiers with analysis of the effect of aerobic training.In this paper the maximal oxygen uptake test in Jiangxi province police78people, Jiangxi Normal University Sports Institute74students and non sports collegestudents in94subjects. According to the test data, with the maximal oxygen uptakeand the relative value of the research object is divided into five maximal oxygenuptake, and the analysis of different professional groups, different people with thelevel of oxygen endurance and police training effect. Conclusions:(1) the comparisonbetween different professional groups of heart and lung function, armed police soldier> sports professional students> non sports majors, may the training time andintensity can be determined heart and lung function is.(2) from the different level ofthe crowd after exercise blood pressure recovery, aerobic endurance level highpopulations, recover better. That is to say, heart and lung function better, fasterrecovery after exercise.(3) different training level population endurance improve afterdifferent amplitude, medium level population most progress.
