"Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)," pointed out: further increase inrural ethnic areas investment in education. Support rural underdeveloped areas and ethnic minority areas ofeducational development. Therefore, under the new situation, the study of rural high school underachieversissues of practical significance.This topic is the analysis of students with learning difficulties at home and abroad on the basis of thestatus of research on the use of questionnaires and interviews, our school students with learning difficultiesto understand the causes. These include internal factors: the students themselves factors; external factors:chemistry factors influencing factors of teachers, family environment. Identify the correspondingtransformation based on internal and external causes, and some learning theory internal and externalmeasures, and select the experimental classes and control classes, with four months of the transformationstrategy practice, the results proved that the author’s transformation strategy is feasible and effective.Finally, the results of this study are summarized as well as shortcomings, and noted that the direction of thenext stage of their own continue to work hard.The innovation of this paper is to carry out research for rural high school students with learningdifficulties conducted chemical and proposed the concrete transformed strategy and has carried on theteaching practice, has to the similar school high chemistry teacher is certain the reference model function.
