| The current college entrance examination system and the appraisal system of teachers led teachers only pay attention to cultivate students with excellent grades, often ignoring the poor students’ education. New course standard requires that the education must be geared to the needs of all students, to make every student get comprehensive and healthy development, it also means that the object we focus on is everyone of the students. And poor students that who are ignored are more worthy of our attention.In this paper, the research background of students with learning difficulties to collate, Weiner’s attribution theory, Bloom’s "Mastery Learning Theory", the cognitive learning theory, the change of Baban J Ki "poor students" theory as the theoretical foundation. The design of the questionnaire, through the comparison of the students with learning difficulties, cause analysis of students with learning difficulties and proposes the strategy of transformation feasibility。This article is divided into five parts altogether:the first part is the research background and research status; The second part is the analysis of the problem, theoretical foundation is based on questionnaire; The third part introduces the design of the questionnaire structure from learning motivation, learning habits and environmental factors in three dimensions to carry on the design and using SPSS19.0statistical software for recycling effective questionnaire for data collection and analysis; The fourth part on the results of the survey, and find out the cause of the poor student basically has:Learning motivation is not strong, no good study habits and family, social and environmental factors. According to the cause of the poor student, put forward the following feasible transformation strategy:give the poor student’s selfless love. Develop and stimulate learning motivation, promoting the transformation of poor student; To optimize the classroom teaching, promoting the transformation of poor student; Poor student should build up the confidence of learning chemistry, develop good study habits. |
