Study On Socialization Reforrm For Logistics Entity Of Z University

Abstract:As a school teaching, teaching and research, and student life service support, Logistics of Z University’s level of service and management capacity have become an important indicator that the university could expand the scale and improve the quality.This paper will be divided into six chapters, researching about the Z University Logistics at the background of Socialization Reform in the context of the development of the entity operates. The first chapter introduces the research background and objectives, and logistics management of domestic and foreign universities through comparative analysis, summed up China’s current worth learning university logistics operations management enlightenment. The second chapter-theory and practice analysis, through the logistics socialization reform process and the three contradictory analysis, the logistical operation has encountered a "bottleneck", and describes the development of the theory of logistic entity management strategy building process. The third chapter-comprehensively analyses the Z University logistical entities operating status, and identifies business developmental problems of the entity Z University logistics. The fourth chapter-started with the environmental analysis of the logistics services from the Z University, the SWOT analysis has analyzed the Z University’s logistics Group’s internal manpower, operating ability of the advantages and disadvantages as well as the external environment that gives developmental opportunities and threats to logistical entity in order to design the next five years’logistics path policies of reform and development of Z UniversityThis paper focuses on:design a reform path target framework of Logistics Group of the Z University and in accordance with market demand of Logistics Group of the Z University,implement large-scale, low-cost business strategy paths. And the use of BSC-related evaluation of education combined characteristics of College Logistics Group, designs a logistics group of Z university reform path performance evaluation index system, fully reflects the university logistics about meeting both economic benefits and social trends, and establishes Group development and Reform path logistical performance evaluation index system. Taking the logistics group property management entity centered development path of reform of Z University for example, practical examples of logistics reform path analysis are written in the paper.The innovations are:proposing strategies of path of reform programs for Z University’s logistics, indicating the direction of socialized reform, taking advantage of the knowledge to create the logistical BSC Group’s reform performance evaluation system,and making the balance of development of University Logistics’social and economic benefits.
