In this study, the public service facilities satisfaction as the theoretical basis,reference architecture, environment science, sociology and other disciplines ofknowledge, influence factors by using the method of literature, investigation, logicanalysis of public sports facilities comfort are analyzed and discussed in theory,constructs the model of influence factors of public sports facilities in comfort. And onthis basis, using the case study method to select the Changsha City Moon Lake area ofYing Bay community public sports facilities for field visits, and then put forward thepublic sports facilities comfort path.The results show that: the factors that affect the public sports facilities comfortmainly has: the population size and the proportion of public sports facilities, theaccessibility of public sports venues, public sports facilities with quality and publicsport facilities spatial structure. Through on-the-spot investigation6districts under thejurisdiction of Ying Bay community was found: the Ying Bay community public sportsfacilities in the number of basically reach the national2005published residentialsports facilities standards, but there are still61%of residents believe that the lack ofsupporting community sports facilities, and the construction of sports facilities tofitness equipment field, children playground, table tennis and badminton venue, singlefunction, lack of resident expectation basketball, gym, tennis courts and other sportsfacilities. The community equipment damage phenomenon exists and is not timelyrepair, regular maintenance and maintenance work of community sports facilities arenot in place. Fortunately, accessibility Ying Bay community public sports facilities aregood, people can quickly into the place for fitness.Finally, research, public sports facilities comfort way mainly has: thecoordination number of public sports facilities and the proportion of the population asthe main line, in order to improve the quality of public sports facilities for the pilot, inorder to improve the spatial structure of public sports facilities as a leader, to rely on inorder to improve the versatility of public sports venues, to optimize the public stadiumthe environment.
