Social Work Involvement In The Hui Natiollality Institutional Service For The Aged

With the continuous development of aging population, pension mode in China is gradually from family support to social endowment. The continuous development of social endowment service is playing an increasingly important role in the pension problems. Because China is a unified multi-ethnic country, in the process of speeding up the establishment of a social endowment service system, minority pension institution building work is gradually taken seriously and has obtained certain achievements. But in general, minority people, especially people of the ethnic minorities in pension institutions with halal diet habits, difficult problems still exist. Effective solution to this problem is not only related to truly respect ethnic customs, effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minorities, but also to the unity between ethnic groups and social harmony. The old men with the habit of Hui Muslim diet are also in urgent need of pension institutions for old age. On the basis of respecting the old customs of the Hui, how to strengthen the development of the Hui pension service to better meet the demand of Hui endowment, needs the joint efforts of the government and academic circle. While previous studies on Hui endowment institutions to serve the construction of a lack of attention it deserves, urgent need to strengthen.This study adopts the method of combining literature research and field research, perspective on the theory of multicultural social work theory, based on the analysis of current situation and existing problems of G city Hui nursing homes, putting forward concrete methods of social work intervention in the Hui institutions endowment service, in order to speed up the institutions endowment mode of Hui nationality in line with the Hui nationality, in the direction of specialization, standardization, scientific development, thus promote the problem is better solved.This paper has the following parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the research problems and the significance, and also the literature review and research design. The second part discusses present situation and problems of institutions endowment service of Hui nationality, and the author analyzes the problems which exist in development situation of the Hui nationality pension service. The third part discusses the social work intervention in Hui institution endowment service, and gives an analysis about how to use professional ideas and methods in social workfare. The fourth part discusses the social work role and function in Hui institution endowment service. The fifth part is conclusion. It makes a summery of this research. Hui nationality institutional service is closely connected with social work involvement. Social work involvement plays an important role of development of Hui nationality institutional service.
