The Research On The Intervention Of Social Work Of Institutional Pension From The Perspective Of Superiority

China was already an aging society in 1999 to 2000,pension brought unprecedented pressure to China.The institutional pension is a very important part of the pension service system in China,but China's current service for the aged can't satisfy their diversified needs.The services provided by pension institutions is simplify,in this case,it is necessary recommend social workers to help them improve their services.In this paper,takes the Y elderly apartment as a sample where writer has done professional practice,writer through literature research and interviews investigated the needs of the elderly and provided professional social work services with the support of the advantage perspective.In the services process,writer through designing project,project implementation,project appraisal preparing for the professional social work services' implementation,and through render services prove social work services' effectiveness with the support of advantage perspective and promote my professional knowledge and practical level.The author tried to divide the service into three stages,establish relationship period,explore advantages period,promote self-efficiency period,as time goes on,through implementing group work enhance the service continuously.The social work services implementation with a step-by-step approach,the participant experienced from establishing trust relationship to exploring their own strengths and resources to sharing a mutual support network,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the elderly self-efficacy.The study found that the service providers don't treat the elderly as "problem groups" with the support of the advantage perspective.Social worker treated them as the colony which has the ability,experience,superiority and resource,contribute to the development of social work services and achieve the target of the service plan.In the service process,the author with the support of advantage perspective has become more in-depth understanding of professional social work values.This service means a lot to me,because it the improved my professional level and promoted author's personal growth.
