Research On Social Work Intervention In Intelligent Elderly Care Services From The Perspective Of Empowerment

With the continuous development of economy,the population structure of our country is changing and aging is becoming more and more serious.As a new pension model,intelligent pension has been gradually accepted by the public and attracted much attention from academia and industry.However,due to the imperfect operation of the service mechanism of smart elderly care,the aging dilemma arises,and the academic research on smart elderly care is still in the preliminary stage,so the development of smart elderly care services has certain limitations.Based on the population structure change,institutional pension services rise time background,first of all wisdom endowment service related theory and data collecting and organizing,on the basis of using the literature method,interviews,participant observation and other research methods,to the problem of pension service operation mechanism is not perfect wisdom study,intention through the perspective of professional social work method and explore the perfect service machine The path of theta.Interview materials were obtained by interviewing each subject in the internship institution,and the needs of each subject were analyzed.Three dimensions of intervention were carried out through the perspective of empowerment theory,and multiple subjects were empowered through the professional method of group work.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)intelligent old-age care cannot be separated from humanistic care;(2)The intervention path of the empowerment theory is consistent with the needs of the intelligent elderly care service subjects;(3)From the perspective of empowerment,social work can effectively improve the smart pension service mechanism and solve part of the age-appropriate dilemma through group work.At the same time,this thesis also makes a prospect for the future research on social work and smart elderly care services.In the future,the depth of research on social work and smart elderly care services will be further deepened.At the same time,it will pay more attention to spiritual needs while paying attention to material needs.
