Private higher education is an important part of higher education in China, thus it is vital to the development of education in our country. The development of private higher education needs its main body——the private universities’development. At present, many private colleges are facing a huge loss of talent which hinders their development due to the lack of effective human resources management. The existing research most pay attention to the brain drain, or only focus on the organization management. The combination of the two is rarely considered. The analysis on the organization and management behavior of brain drain could be numbered.In this context, this paper selects Yang-en University as the typical representative of private colleges for research. Through on-the-spot investigation and collection of relevant information, the current situation of brain drain and organization management behavior problems in Yang-en University is found. Taking Yang-en University faculty and staff as the research object, the paper designs questionnaire of organization management behavior and turnover intention questionnaire to investigate the correlation between them. And then analyze the affecting factors of organization management behavior by relevant theory. Finally, For existing problem the paper put forward the improvement measures to reverse the current situation of brain drain from the management system, management idea, management means, talent development, talent using, talent evaluation.
