| Since the 21 st century,with the rise of world knowledge economy,private colleges and universities in China have made great development,and made a great contribution to the cause of higher education inn China.However,with the increasingly fierce competition for talents in the society,there are still many problems in the introduction,use and stability of talents in private colleges and universities,leading to a serious brain drain,which seriously hinders the development of private colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to attract and retain outstanding talents to improve the overall quality of running a private university.Since its establishment,Jiangsu N College has been committed to constantly improving various incentive measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of talents,and has achieved certain results,but the problem of brain drain has not been alleviated.As the competition among colleges and universities intensifies and talent flow becomes faster and faster,talent management of N College is facing a new round of challenges.How to introduce and retain outstanding talents has become an urgent problem for N College to solve.In this paper,under the background of serious brain drain in private colleges and universities,Jiangsu N University is selected as the research object.Based on the incentive theory,literature research and interview method are used to analyze the causes of brain drain in Jiangsu N University from the aspects of the country,society,the college and the talents themselves,and on the basis of summarizing the situation of brain drain in Jiangsu N University.Then,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the brain drain of Jiangsu N College from the perspective of incentive,including striving for government support,attracting social support,strengthening the internal management of the college and optimizing the salary system,strengthening the humanistic care,etc. |
