Since1980s. more and more parents took their whole family enter into the cities work, then it cause family-based, immigrants settled in team. The immediate consequence of this family migration is the number of relocated children in cities has increased dramatically, then formed a special disadvantaged groups in our country-the relocated children. On the one hand, the rural children enjoy the civilization of the modern city and relatively high quality of the physical environment. On the other hand, they also met with difficulties in how to adapt to the new environment well and confront the citizen’s discrimination. Making relocated children into the new environment is a significant project.Combined with literature research, survey research, comparative research methods to carry out the theoretical basis of the research, and use of sociology, social work, psychology and other disciplines of knowledge, analysis of the basic situation of relocated children. Carrying on the sampling questionnaire survey in Taizhou, analyzing this field research of relocated children’s basic condition, mainly to their psychological problems, family environment, living environment, social integration research. Try to intervention of social work practice, the use of group work methods in the treatment group.The theoretical and the field studies show that to make relocated children integrate into the new environment process, three systems of family, school and community by objective conditions failed to play its due role, need the intervention of social work. However, with the relocated children to move children to adapt to the new environment in difficult, this analysis is mainly affected by the working environment is not perfect, the lack of professional talents working mechanism and the loss of three factors. Generally speaking, relocated children into the status of the new environment is not optimistic, the paper finally also actively put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
