| With the gradual improvement of the construction of relocation and resettlement communities for poverty alleviation,the comprehensive quality development of children relocated for poverty alleviation has attracted increasing attention from the society.As a new group created under the policy of relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation,children who have been relocated for poverty alleviation and relocation must deal with a series of problems brought about by changes in their living environment and lifestyle.The unfamiliar new environment can easily make the relocated children feel helpless and helpless.Therefore,it is very necessary to help the relocated children of poverty alleviation and relocation to improve their resilience.Strengthening their resilience can help them cope with the difficulties and setbacks in life with a positive and optimistic attitude,so that they have better psychological quality.This study takes the children relocated from poverty alleviation in L community,Xiuwen County,Guizhou Province as the research object.Guided by the theory of resilience and advantage perspective,the group work method is used to carry out a study on the improvement of the resilience of children relocated from poverty alleviation.First of all,using the "Children and Adolescents Resilience Scale(CYRM-28)" adapted by Professor Tian Guoxiu to measure the resilience level of 50 relocated children in the L community to understand their overall resilience level,the measurement results show that nearly half of them have The number of children relocated for poverty alleviation in ex situ is at a low level of resilience,so the factors affecting the current situation of children relocated for poverty alleviation are analyzed from the family level,school level and community level.Secondly,on the basis of demand analysis,10 relocated children with low levels of resilience were recruited to form a growth group with improved resilience.Starting from the three elements of efficacy,belonging and optimism,the 7 group activities,by exploring the team members’ own advantages and resources,enhancing the team members’ sense of self-worth,improving the team members’ ability of communication and cooperation,emotional control,goal setting and problem solving to improve the resistance level of the team members.Finally,through the process evaluation and result evaluation to understand the service effectiveness.This study found that the intervention of group work can effectively improve the resilience of children relocated for poverty alleviation;the establishment of peer relationships can enhance the resilience of children relocated for poverty alleviation;focusing on advantages can help improve the level of resilience of children relocated for poverty alleviation.The author also reflected on the involvement of group work.First,there is a need for a comprehensive application of social work methods.Second,it is necessary to track and consolidate service effects.Third,the need to intervene on internal and external protective factors.Fourth,social workers need to maintain professional sensitivity. |
