As China’s economy continues to develop, especially the rapid rise and development of coastal cities, more and more migrant workers were going to Xiamen for jobs and carrying their children to live together. so that migrant workers’ children in the city has become an important group. For now in the stage of primary and secondary schools for migrant workers’ children, school is not only a place to learn the knowledge, but also their lives, communication, an important place of growth. Adapting to school life for migrant workers’ children is an important task in terms of individual social and urbanization process.By Xiamen X school surveys and interviews,A representative of the school twelve children of migrant workers’ junior high school students were observed interviews, and interviews with their teachers and some parents of the exchange.’Finally the Author Summed up the learning adaptability, interpersonal adaptation, emotional adaptation, behavioral adaptation for the problems of school adaptation.Through investigation, the author summarizes the X School in migrant workers’ children’s schools causes of adaptation, including their own factors, peer groups, school factors, family factors and social support.Because of migrant workers’ children’s school adjustment problems are common effects of multiple factors. This requires by its own, peer groups, family, school and community environment comprehensive intervention, play together many factors to be addressed. In view of this, the author based on the working methods of social casework, group work, community work three basic methods, children from migrant workers’ environment full range of intervention, integrating its own advantages of resources, to achieve a reasonable resources configuration. Finally, we make a batter environment for the floating children to adapt the new school by merge different resources.
