The inland senior students from Xinjiang(hereafter referred to as “Inland Xinjiang Seniors”)are far away from hometown and go to inland high school.The different cultures and many life evens inevitably influence their study and life.Some students have learning burnout,and some not.What is the effect of Positive Psychological Capital during this process? It's worthwhile to discuss the question.For this reason,ASLEC,PPQ and Learning Burnout Inventory are applied to 423 Inland Xinjiang Seniors to evaluate the relationships between their life evens,positive psychological capital and learning burnout.This research finds:1.Regarding the learning burnout,there is no obviously differences in the total scores of study maslach burnout,but physical and mental exhaustion is obviously different(p<0.05);one-child has no big difference in the total scores of learning burnout and physical and mental exhaustion;The students from preparatory course,senior grade one,two three have significant differences in the total scores of learning burnout,study alienation and diminished personal accomplishment dimension(p<0.01).The students of preparatory course scores higher in study burnout than the students from senior grade one,two and three.In the Psychological Capital,the high-school-age boys get significantly higher scores in self-efficiency and resilience than those high-school-age girls(p<0.01);one-child has no big difference in the psychological capital score and its dimensions;the Inland Xinjiang Seniors are significantly different in the psychological capital score and its dimensions between different grades,and the preparatory students are the lowest,and the students in Senior Grade three is the highest.In the life events,the girls' scores of learning stress factors are much higher than boys(p<0.01);one-child has no big difference in life events score and its dimensions;the Inland Xinjiang Seniors are significantly different in the life events score between different grades(p<0.01),he preparatory students get the highest scores.2.It exists obvious positive correlation between life events total scores,learning stress factors,health adaptation factors,other factors and learning burnout scores and its dimensions for Inland Xinjiang Seniors.(p<0.01);It exists obvious negative correlation betweenPsychological Capital scores and its dimensions and learning burnout scores and its dimensions for Inland Xinjiang seniors(p<0.01);It exists obvious negative correlation between life events and psychological capital for Inland Xinjiang Seniors(p<0.01).3.Self-efficacy dimension of psychological capital for Inland Xinjiang Seniors could adjust the study alienation caused by the learning stress and other influences on diminished personal accomplishment;the toughness dimension of psychological capital could adjust the influences on losing study alienation,and health adaptation to the diminished personal accomplishment;the hope dimension of psychological capital could adjust the influence on punishment of the diminished personal accomplishment,loss to the diminished personal accomplishment,and other influences on it.
