With the advance of the new curriculum reform and widelyimplemented, based on the school teaching research through constant change anddevelopment, has gradually become the mainstream of the current research.For thepurpose of the school-based teaching and research is to promote students’ developmentto school curriculum implementation in the face of all sorts of questions as the object,taking teachers as the main body of research activities.As a result, its change anddevelopment is both the new curriculum smoothly safeguard, also be the power thatpromote the development of schools and teachers’ professional growth.At present, in theprocess of the school-based teaching and research in some ethnic minority areas stillexist many worrying situation.How to search the internal and external factors ofrestricting the school-based teaching and research in national regions, find to promoteeducation quality and teaching level of ascension for the whole of the region’sdevelopment is the study of htac in doubt.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, summarizes the background of this study, coreconcepts, theoretical basis, research significance and innovation, research, review.The second part, Investigation and Analysis on present situation of junior middleschool school-based teaching research in ethnic minority areas of Guangxiprovince.This part is the key part of this thesis, mainly inspects the schools to carry outthe actual situation and restricting factors in the process of school-based teachingresearch from seven dimensions.Add the interview data of principals and teachers,teaching and Research Group on this basis, in order to make the readers can get theethnic minority region from which the status of implementation of school-basedteaching and research more comprehensive and exact data. The third part, There are the school-based teaching research problems in ethnicminority areas.Based on the analysis and recording of data and speech information,analyze and interpret the present condition of national area Junior middle schoolschool-based teaching research,Aim to explore and practical difficulties faced by theschools from different aspects.The fourth part, Countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of the analysis, inview of the actual situation of national area Junior middle school school-based teachingresearch, provide useful countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation and research, found that present problems of the ethnicminority areas of guangxi Junior middle school school-based teaching and research:(1)The teachers’quality remains to be improved(2)Initiative and research consciousness, lack of sustained momentum ofschool-based teaching research.(3) Active security conditions, internal and external environment of poor.(4) Single school-based teaching mode, teaching the lack of vitality.(5)Establishing incentive mechanism,promote the professional growth of TeachersConclusion these findings and based on, researchers put forward to promoteschool-based teaching and research development of ethnic areas in Guangxi are asfollows:(1)Update their concepts of education, improve teaching quality.(2)Establishes the school-based teaching mode.(3)Increase the material resources, construction of school-based teaching andresearch environment.(4)Perfect evaluation system and incentive mechanism, promote the effectivenessof school-based teaching research.(5)Establishing incentive mechanism, promote the professional growth of Teachers...
