Junior high school oral communication teaching is an important part of Chineseteaching in junior high school, and it plays an irreplaced role in the junior middle schoolstundents’ oral communicative competence and quality. Although the CompulsoryEducation Chinese Course Standard requires the curriculum goal, implementationin,and evaluation about the junior high school oral communication teaching. It establishedthe importance of oral communication teaching of junior middle school from the sightof curriculum standard. However, oral communication teaching has been attached to theteaching of reading and writing in the actual language teaching in junior middle school,and become an effective tool and means for junior high school reading teaching andwriting teaching. Junior high school oral communication teaching becomes a vassal ofChinese teaching in the actual teaching. It does not make the curriculum standards set inconcrete or reach the objective of cultivating oral communicative ability and literacy ofjunior students. It does not realize its Chinese educating function in the junior middleschool Chinese teaching.Having reduced to junior middle school Chinese teaching tools and other means,junior high school oral communication teaching is a kind of low-efficient evenineffective teaching. This paper aims at analyzing the problems existing in junior highschool oral communication teaching inefficient or ineffective teaching. Under themethod of literature research and case study, the combination of effective teachingtheory, the theory of humanistic psychology and constructivism and the theory oflinguistics, it tries to study the causes of inefficience in preparation invalidity, teachingpractice and teaching evaluation, so that it can provide the teaching preparationstrategies, teaching practice strategies and teaching evaluation strategies for juniormiddle school Chinese oral communication teaching. These strategies can constitute aneffective oral communication teaching strategy system. In order to turn junior Chineseoral communication teaching into effect, efficiency, and benefit, the junior high schooloral communication teaching can play its irreplaceable educating role in cultivating oralcommunicative ability and competence of junior students.
