Oral language is one of the most convenient and important communication tools and means in our daily life,and oral communication ability has gradually become a necessary basic ability for modern citizens.However,due to the perplexity of traditional knowledge and the fetter of educational system,oral communication teaching has never been valued by people.First of all,this paper combs the characteristics of oral communication teaching in junior high school and the learning content of oral communication stipulated in the textbook compiled by the Ministry,and points out the direction of further research based on the current situation of oral communication teaching.Then,due to the syllabus and the author's teaching experience for many years,oral communication activities are divided into three parts,namely,listening activities,expression activities and non-verbal communication activities.From different perspectives,this paper discusses the objectives and syllabus requirements of oral communication teaching in junior high school.Through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview,the current situation of the development of language listening ability is cleared about,and the concrete teaching designs are carried on the language expression activity,the non-verbal communication content and the insufficiency are clarified.Finally,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures to improve junior middle school students' oral communication ability.The purpose of this paper is to improve the teaching effect of oral communication in junior high school,to help achieve the teaching tasks related to oral communication in the syllabus,to lay a solid language foundation for junior high school students,to enhance the interest of junior high school students in oral communication,to meet the needs of national development,and to create life value.
