The aim of education is to develop for everyone.However,Leibniz,a German philosopher and scientist,once said,"everything is different." Each person presents different characteristics from others because of the different arrangement of genes.Confucius is a senior educator in ancient times.He put forward "Gentleman and Difference"(The Analects of Confucius.Zilu)which gives us a good enlightenment: Every thing has its own characteristics,diversity is its commonness,uniqueness is its individuality,recognizes the diversity of things,respects the characteristics of each individual,seeks common ground while reserving differences,and all.Development of the face.The junior high school students are in adolescence,both emotional and rational,both naive and somewhat mature,both the pursuit of independence,freedom and dependence,is sensitive and vulnerable period.School education starts from the differences of students' talents and interests,follows the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,applies the theory of differentiation,and carries out educational and teaching activities in an all-round way,so that students can study and live freely,so that their enthusiasm and creativity can be stimulated and utilized to the greatest extent possible.In order to study differentiated teaching of junior middle school mathematics,this paper expounds the background and significance of differentiated teaching,the development of differentiated teaching at home and abroad,the definition and theoretical basis of differentiated teaching,the concrete measures and methods of implementing the experiment of differentiated teaching of junior middle school mathematics,the advantages and disadvantages of the experiment of differentiated teaching of junior middle school mathematics and so on.Differentiated teaching in junior high school mathematics.
