The Family violence has become a global social problem, especially under the background of rural-urban flowing family. They need more attention of the society. Unhappy Family will do greatly harm in social harmony, community harmony, family stability and the physical and mental health of women and children, and lead several of individuals to an irreparable damage. Therefore, to prevent and stop family violence has become an international consensus. The development of professional social work intervention in domestic violence research has been mature abroad and using the related method of social work has been successfully tested.Under the L community care service center of family violence, this research draw lessons from the practice experience in domestic violence prevention with foreign and Hong Kong as well as Taiwan and at the same time researcher also learn from the domestic social workers’ practice. According to the floating population in W community, researcher use social work’s theory and method to provide proper services. Using the team work in groups of domestic violence could change the male’s cognition, advocate social gender, correctly understand the origin and the harm of domestic violence, as well as improve the cohesion of male member in order to achieve the purpose of prevention of family violence. At the end of the research, the author make an evaluation and reflection with the team work in domestic violence of rural-urban flowing group, which shows that team work involved in domestic violence intervention is feasible and effective but still need the case work and community intervention as well as government support. If all of those make a nice agreement, the goal of prevention and stop family violence will witness a peaceful future.
