Research On Anti-domestic Violence Social Work Intervention Strategies

Domestic violence,as a worldwide social issue,has been widely concerned by all countries in the world.All countries have put forward targeted prevention and treatment measures.Since the nineties of last century,Chinese society has begun to pay attention to the problem of domestic violence.With the increase of the problem of domestic violence gradually exposed in front of the society in recent years,it is more and more necessary to carry out professional intervention in domestic violence.Social work,as a profession that promotes the development of human potential,enriches human life and prevents human dysfunction,focuses on the solution and transformation of problems,workers carry out professional services in accordance with the values of self-determination,value neutrality,respect,confidentiality and so on.This enables social work to effectively intervene in domestic violence.However,the complexity and diversity of the occurrence mechanism of domestic violence make it inevitable that the intervention will not be one-way and plane.In order to prevent and solve the problem of domestic violence,it is necessary for the participants to carry out multi-faceted cooperation,multi agency coordination and multi department participation,and form a structured,networked and three-dimensional joint action mode,so that the victims of domestic violence can get effective support in every step of intervention.On the issue of social work intervention in domestic violence,different from the traditional case form,the "cross institutional cooperation" intervention model based on social support theory can better deal with domestic violence cases.Through the method of case study and the case of social work carried out by the mode of cross institutional cooperation,this paper expounds the feasibility and advantages of the mode of cross institutional cooperation,and probes into the ideas and possible steps of social work involving in domestic violence cases combined with the professional methods of social work.Finally,this paper puts forward some new expectations and discussions on the cases of domestic social work involved in anti domestic violence,hoping to broaden the vision of social work in anti domestic violence service,improve the industry level,and better promote the development of social work in China.
