With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, and thechang of people’s learning needs,learning styles are quietly developing andchanging,traditional training and traditional e-learning has been unable to fullymeet the needs of people’s needs and corporate training,so,as a convenient wayof learning, m-Iearning has got more and more attention, and gradually beenintroduced into the ifeld of training.The emergence of new technologies does not mean wholesale replacementor denying of technologies before,m-learning is also not intended to replace thetraditional e-learning, although the traditional e-learning is not perfect inpractical applications,however,these two learning methods both haveadvantages and disadwantages,exploring how to transform the traditionale-learning to m-learning in order to use m-learning to cover the shortage oftranditional e-learning become the research objectives of this paper. In this paper,the author explores the transform from e-learning to m-learning in terms oftheoretical analysis and practical.This paper is divided into ifve chapters:Chapter1: Introduction. In the introduction, I introduced the researchbackground,purpose,significance,research ideas,research methods,as well ase-learning and m-learning definition, and research status of the two.Chapter2: Status and confusion of traditional e-learning. I expound it in several aspects: I start it with the traditional problems of trational training,then Iintroduce the present situation and the advantage of tranditional enterprisetraining,and then I introduce the problems and confusion encountered in thepractical training in enterprise.Chapter3: Status and characteristics of m-learning. In this chapter,firstly, Iexpound the current development and trends of m-learning, then starting from theactual application status of m-learning,I expound the features and advantages ofm-learning,then introduced the current popular type of m-learning.Chapter4:Case study and practice of the transformation from traditionale-learning to m-learning. This part belongs to practice research section of thisarticle,and it is the most important part of this artical. I selected e-learningcourse " Etiquette of Business “,and introduce its transformation to m-learning inmany aspects. In this section, the author show and analysis the original traditionale-learning courses and m-learning courses transformed from the originale-learning courses,and the expound that the two unique learning style can notreplace each other.And demonstrates the perspective that m-learning can beregarded as a complement of traditional e-learning further.Chapter5: Conclusion and outlook. In this part I summarize the conclusionof this study and presented the problems in this study and prospects for futureresearch.
