A Survey On The Accomplishment Of The Science And Technology Instructots In Qingpu District And Its Strategies

To strengthen the education of science and technology and to train a large number of scientific and technological talents of innovational ability are crucial to create a modern country. Meanwhile, to improve the quality of the whole people and to strengthen the popularization of science education of teenagers are the bases to enhance the comprehensive national strength. Teachers of any school are the main strength in cultivating the talents who plays an important role in leading the youth and whose comprehensive abilities have a great effect on the development of the science ability of the young. Therefore, to raise the instructors’comprehensive quality is most vital to the effective development of activities.The science and technology accomplishment of instructors is not only related to the teachers themselves, but also influenced by the surroundings. For a long time, Leaders of scientific and technological education focus on such problems as how to cultivate the youth, paying little attention to the problems a science and technology instructor have. This paper aims to make a deep and profound research on the instructors in QingPu on the bases of the investigation based on the document literature. The research is to analyze the problems from both inside and outside and to make some proposals about how to raise the accomplishment of the instructors.The paper falls into three main parts. Chapter One introduces the social backgrounds and necessity of this research. And it elaborates the meaning of the research from both theory and reality. Furthermore, from aspects of both practice and the experiment, it states the problems of the science and technology instructors in our country and the methods of improvements. Meanwhile, it introduces the main structures of the paper.Chapter Two makes an analysis of a survey among the science and technology instructors in Qingpu District and elaborates the problems the instructors are facing with and the factors effecting them mainly through the way of questionnaires about their current responsibility awareness, accomplishments, their interest in work, work attitude, work ability, theoretical basis, school policy hoping to provide some theoretical basis to enhance the science and technology instructors comprehensive ability in Qingpu district.Chapter three is the conclusion of the thesis. It makes a proposal on how to improve the quality of the science and technology instructors in Qingpu district, both from the internal factors (interests, attitude, knowledge, ability) and from the external conditions (school and society). And also, it prospects what we can do next.
