The Research On Present Developmental Situation Of Campus Football In Hangzhou City

Research purpose: To investigate the present developmental situation of campusfootball in Hangzhou city, summing up the achievements and analyzing the existingproblems and setbacks so as to promote the benign and sustainable development of campusfootball in Hangzhou city.Research method: Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis andexpert interview, an analysis was made concerning the developmental situation of campusfootball in Hangzhou city.Findings:Survey results show that under the common action of funds, security andmedia, campus football in Hangzhou city gets a good development. There are yearlyincreases in registration and the number of races. The scale of the League has graduallyenlarged, with more professional system and players having years of training. Participantsare highly motivated by interest and physical fitness. The average time of week training inprimary school and middle school is ideal. However, the lack of qualified coaches andreferees, together with field limitation and private reasons of players, poses a setback onthe further development of campus football.Suggestions: Developing campus football can solidify the training base of footballtalents and accelerating the development of Chinese football. In order to get more childreninvolved and more parents supporting the sport, the promotion on campus football shouldbe strengthened. Scientifically grasping the essence and trend of training the reservefootball talents and improving the professional quality of football teachers can promoteChina’s sustainable development of football. System and mechanism innovation, includingthe perfection of the training standards and evaluation on different levels, is conducive tothe formation of professional atmosphere where football talents can be outstood.Standardized management mechanism, including selection, evaluation, and delivery,guarantees excellent football talents who are learned, healthy and all-developed. Due to the relatively weak economic base and the immature system of marketization, specialization,commercialization, industrialization and professionalization of Chinese football, itencountered temporary difficulties. Building and perfecting regional training bases whichintegrate learning, training and researching should be based on rational allocation ofresources and financial support. According to the "combination of sports and education"mode, in order to accelerate the overall effectiveness of the sustainable cultivation offootball reserve talents, its innovation and implementation should keep pace with theregional economic and social development.
