Study On The Resource StructureCharacteristics Of Hangzhou Football Featured School

National youth campus football in China continued to heat up,the reform of Chinese football development plan and thirteen five plan and so on a series of policies and documents are required to football in high school,the campus football has risen to "national policy".From football pilot school to the designated school football first selection is put forward to the 2015 national youth campus football characteristic school,this a series of measures to explain our country's campus football in constant development and progress forward.Resource problems is China the biggest problem of campus football at present.This study through football features of Hangzhou campus school "resource structure characteristics" of related research,on the one hand,to understand the distinctive campus football school Hangzhou in the campus football activities of resource structure characteristics;On the other hand for Hangzhou city department of education in the development of the campus football activities in the rational use of resources to provide some helps for advice.This study based on scholars Zhang Dachao framework for research on school sports resources,through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method etc to Hangzhou in 2015,the first selection of 16 national youth football characteristic campus school from human resources,financial resources,material resources and information resources from four aspects,the following conclusions:Hangzhou in 2015,the first selection of 16 national youth football characteristic campus school campus football activity is in a good development,but schools in human resources,financial resources,material resources and information resources four aspects,there are also some problems,specific as follows:(1)performance on human resource management for the school professional level is not high,shortage of teachers and professional football teachers few;(2)financial resources on performance for national allocations of special funds limited and issued in a timely manner;(3)on the material resource of a football field is limited,it is difficult to meet the requirements for schools to carry out the campus football activities;(4)no formationresources performance for access to information on a single,imperfect information platform of campus football.According to the city of Hangzhou in 2015,the first selection of distinctive campus football schools existing problems,this study put forward the following Suggestions:(1)improve the level of school football managers know and management strength;(2)strengthening teacher training and the introduction of work;(3)to increase government funding to attract social sponsorship.(4)unified planning to build the school campus football information platform;(5)expanded media communication effect.
