Research On The Characteristics And Countermeasures Of The Resource Structure Of Football Competition In The Junior Middle School Of Xihu District Of Hangzhou City

Since 2009,the state has issued the Notice on Carrying out the National Youth Campus Football Activities,the Opinions on Speeding up the Implementation of the Development of Youth Campus Football,the National Youth Campus Football Teaching and Training Competition System Construction Program(trial)" and other relevant documents of the campus football competition,the campus football competitions are carried out in full swing under the support of national policy.Through previous research,we found that some achievements have been made in the development of campus football league in Xihu district of Hangzhou,but there are still some problems.The object of this paper is the structure characteristics of competition resources of 12 middle schools in Xihu district of Hangzhou city,which participated in the school football league winning,by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and studies whether the competition resource structure of 12 winning junior high schools in Xihu district of Hangzhou is reasonable or not,so as to improve the relevant theories of campus football and provide reference for the further development of campus football in Hangzhou.Analysis of the survey data to the following conclusions:(1)In terms of human resources,school administrators have low academic qualifications and lack of management experience;soccer teachers are in short supply,gender differences are large,professional competence is low;football referees are small in number and their operational abilities are not high;athletes have a short training period and a single source.(2)The physical resources show that the football field is limited and the venue is seriously aged;the hardware facilities for football training are not perfect.(3)Financial resources reflect a single source of funds;insufficient capital investment,and the allocated campus football special funds are not used.(4)Institutional resources on the performance of encouraging students to learn the system is not perfect limits the enthusiasm of the students;the irrationalclassification of events,the level of disparities;the competition is not standardized awards,rewards a single form.According to the problems existing in the competition resources structure of 12 junior high schools in Xihu district of Hangzhou,this study puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Human resources: High priority is given to the appointment of school football competition managers;regular training and management are conducted;and management personnel are regularly instructed.Football teachers should expand the scope of recruitment;strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities;more training courses for school football teachers;and football clubs in close cooperation.The football referee of soccer school should be set up to have a football referee training class;regular assessment of football referees.Targeting Student Athletes Should Establish Multi-Channel Sources of Talents.(2)In terms of material resources: rational use of the community's site resources;development of relevant policies to regulate the per capita possession of football;encourage students to bring their own football or other equipment;set up special football competition funds.(3)Financial resources: increase the support of provinces and cities;encourage donations from social enterprises.And establish a monitoring mechanism.(4)Institutional resources: increase the number of qualified football players,set up competitions at different levels,and set up multiple incentive policies.
