Nowadays, With the development of new reform in curriculum, many new teachingmethodologies and models have been tried out in practice for its core is advocatingstudents’ self-study; cooperation and exploration. Recently, A new reform in classroomteaching has been promoted in Rugao, Jiangsu Province, building up a form of “activitysheet” to motivate students to take an active part in classroom teaching activities, whichhas brought great effect in practice. The author is from a four-star senior high school, inwhich this new teaching form has been fully promoted since April in2012, and through theteaching practice combined with the situation about students and physics itself at school tochoose this topic as the theme of this article.The article is based on the theory of teaching models and the current situation of theresearch on the activity sheet. Starting from how to compile it, the author create a newphysics teaching model in senior high school, that is “three sheets, four steps”, and use it indifferent teaching periods as well as types. After one year’s teaching practice, the authorproves that teaching efficiency has been greatly polished up, and students can be moreinterested in participating in the course of teaching, which brings out it that this newteaching model has good teaching efficiency, worth carrying out in practice.
