The paper made an investigation into the present situation of the teachers'professional morality of Fushun hot high schools by questionnaires and interviews, which were carried out among some teachers, parents and students. The results suggested that, in general, the present situation was good. The majority of teachers with good morality played a leading role in the teachers'group. Especially with the reforming and opening development, the bureaus of the Ministry of Education and schools devoted much attention to the construction of teachers'morality, gaining a lot of achievements. A large group of excellent teachers regarded as modes have sprung up. Although qualified teacher in hot high schools were in the majority and the construction of teachers morality were highly paid attention to, however, the bureaus should be fully aware of the current situation due to many immoralities which still existed. Firstly, some teachers had less awareness of devoting and educating, worked in a perfunctory manner and were not worthy of the name of teacher. Secondly, some teachers couldn't treat students equally and even insulted students or gave them physical punishments. Thirdly, the competition among teachers became more and more fierce, resulting in a worse relationship. Lastly, part of teachers in hot high schools failed to communicate with the parents actively and treat parents equally. The paper analyzed the causes of the results above and put forward relevant suggestions.
