Traditional school of the project of football isthe earliest football talents training mode, the number of talent cultivationplummeted under the impact of football occupation. With the development ofthe campus football activities, traditional football school has once againbecome an important part of the football talents training. To make the healthydevelopment of football in Hohhot, the paper investigated and analyzed thestatus of Second Middle School Football Team in Hohhot through sports withthe methods of questionnaires, collecting relative literatures and site visits andits like. Finally, we draw the following conclusions:Firstly, coaches in Second Middle School Football Team in Hohhot coachedwith well intentioned, their experiences are diversified and they promote theafter-school training largely. But the age structure and educational titlessituation is not ideal, their teaching ability is poor.Secondly, thirty-six football players who are all talented students involved inthe training of the Second Middle School Football Team, they commonly getcontact with systematic training late and their cultural studies are generallyunsatisfied before enrollment.Thirdly, the chief leader in the football team had a deeper level ofunderstanding of after-school training, but lacked of attention of the footballteam in the process of actual work and did not established reasonable rulesand rewards and penalties.Fourthly, after-school training venue and the supply of equipments are ingood condition, but the parents of the players are for the purpose of furtherstudies before allowing children to participate in after-school training and ithas a greater impact on the long-term development of football. Fifthly, the source of the football team funds is single, as the investigation isdifficult to meet the needs of school training, athletes can hardly implementthe paid training, thus communicating with the football team of developedcity without planning and regularity.
