The implementation of education school performance salary policy obligation, a strong impetus to the development of teacher performance evaluation in all parts of the country in primary and secondary schools, schools can establish evaluation scheme is scientific and reasonable, the effective performance appraisal, implement, really play the role of assessment, the implementation of performance appraisal of the school, is the need to further explore and continuous improvement. If the implementation of performance appraisal in place, is not only an important achievement of school human resource management, can promote the teacher professional development, improve the running efficiency of school, promoting China’s compulsory education reform. This research is in our country compulsory education school performance salary policy in five years, based on the performance appraisal Hohhot sixth schools as samples. Not only for the school performance appraisal to make objective evaluation, but also has carried on the analysis to reflect the problems in the implementation process, and improvement suggestions are put forward.This paper adopted the method of interview and questionnaire as main research methods, management of the four middle school in Yuquan District, Hohhot respectively conducted interviews, and issued150questionnaires to managers, Hohhot sixth middle school teachers, administrative staff,138effective questionnaires. Develop, in view of the current performance appraisal policy implementation present situation, effect and problems of interview and survey.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the background of selecting the topic, analysis the research performance evaluation under the background of theoretical and practical significance, and introduced this article research mentality and the method adopted in the process of writing. The second part of the concept of performance appraisal and its basic theory, principles, purposes and functions carried out a detailed inquiry. The third part of survey data and interview based on the actual investigation, summarizes the school since the development of performance appraisal work and existing problems. The fourth part in view of the above investigation reflected the problem puts forward perfect suggestions on Countermeasures of performance appraisal sample school teacher survey. According to the sample school appears in the title of the implementation process in the performance appraisal, suggest the school in the implementation of performance appraisal should be the correct direction always adhere to the performance appraisal, through further research to explore, constantly improve the examination policy, standardize assessment process, efforts toward the scientific, standard, advanced, efficient modern management system, strive for change the performance appraisal to performance management, give full play to its function, to further improve the school education teaching level, to achieve the strategic goal of quality education.
