With the increasing level of state the importance of education, our education in terms of all aspects has entered a new era, with the rapid development of society, new demands for education, which need our teachers must have a noble teacher Germany cultivation, the quality of higher education, a strong teaching standards. In the learning process, compulsory education in the entire education has played a pivotal role for compulsory education, improve the quality of far-reaching, how to implement the dedicated efforts of the majority of teachers.
