To do this, how to motivate teachers to study gives important.In this paper, as an object of study and vocational Chongqing C, on the basis of therelevant literature on the definition of the concept of the relevant incentives, incentives,etc., at home and abroad about the incentive theory and teacher incentives studying andfinishing. Also anticipate problems that may be encountered in theimplementation and propose measures to avoid these problems initially.Incentive programs designed for C vocational development in order to better mobilizethe teachers’ enthusiasm and creativity, to develop their potential to improve the overallstandard of teaching teachers to enhance the school in the field of vocational educationthroughout the competitiveness.
