To research a variety of factors affecting the sustainable development of balloonvolleyball,by adopting such methods as doeumetary researeh,questionnaire ete，an investigationwas conducted on the status quo of balloon volleyball sport in Fujian, the use of sustainabledevelopment of the basic ideas and viewpoints analysis to explore the main factors affectingballoon volleyball sustainble development.In addition, for a number of important theoreticaland practical issues in sustainable development Volleyball gas exist in the process of in-depthanalysis and discussion and proposed initiatives,The aim is to introduce the concept ofsustainable development and porting to develop gas volleyball practice in the past,in order toeffectively promote and facilitate sustainable, stable and healthy development of Fujian gasvolleyball,and also can provide a reference for practicing sustainable development of othermass sports.The results show the growth of this sport,excellent location,suitable climate,well-developed economic support, convenient transportation facilities, so that the balloonvolleyball rapid development in Fujian,and age of the participants span larger, with younger andyounger;,occupational distribution of a wide range, with a broad mass base, entertaining andcompetitive nature,small damage, suitable for prolonged exercise,less spend, the cost is verylow; lack of space equipment, uneven distribution,Mainly in the exercise, leisure andentertainment,a variety of organizational forms coexist with freedom organization,Events andsmall in scope.In this paper,"Pareto analysis" analysis pointed out the main influencing factorsof sustainable development in Fujian balloon volleyball has7,respectively publicparticipation,balloon volleyball own characteristics,grassroots faculty,site equipment andfacilities,organization and management of grassroots sports organizations,mediapublicity,Invested funds.Therefore we propose the following strategies,from the operationalmechanism, to build a cycle of development and the strengthening of close integration betweenschools and the community,from the project attractive to promote reform and innovationprojects, maintaining interest and attract the masses, expanding the number of gas discharge sports population,from the measure method, popularize and improve gas volleyball combination,to enhance the development of new gas volleyball highly sustainable,from the source of funding,relying on the traditional concept of changing the past, self-raised funds through multiplechannels,from the long-term nature of the publicity, should rely on administrative means tostrengthen advocacy efforts, the focus of the preferred or fitness classified governmentprojects,From the brand events, expanding the scale to do race to race and promote training, thecombination of the size of events,balloon volleyball from the grassroots organization andmanagement agencies to strengthen the organization and division of labor between sectors,improve the internal management system.
