Since the1990s, with the development of service economy in yanbian area, population flow makes Korean society on a large scale of family structure, the great changes in the "left-behind children*this special social group. With the rapid development of our market economy and accelerating urbanization, population movements becoming more frequent, lead to the Korean left-behind children quantity increased obviously, the social from all walks of life have begun to pay attention to the education of left-behind children.Left-behind junior high school students is "left-behind children" in the stage of compulsory education of junior high school age students. This stage of the students is the key period of adolescence, is their mental and physical are in an important period of rapid change and growth experience many significant physiological, psychological and social changes, is characterized by intense emotions and problem behaviors. In addition, their learning task is more and more heavy after they go to the middle school, still faces fierce examination pressure, most parents are concerned about guidance and help. But the left-behind junior middle school students because of long time lost parents care and discipline, the complete lack of family life and education, so it’s easy to have a psychological and behavioral deviation, disoriented, cause all kinds of bad state of mind and behavior. These mental health problems are not resolved in a timely manner, not only affect the formation and development of the students’ moral personality, will also affect their academic performance and behavior. Left-behind junior middle school students, therefore, the effective monitoring and guidance to the Korean high school students for health education and health promotion work puts forward a new topic.In this paper, by using the combined method of qualitative and quantitative, in yanji, provice, HeLongShi three Korean junior high school of a questionnaire survey was conducted among600students (recycling effective questionnaire551), and based on this study an operational definition of a "left-behind junior middle school students" to select331left-behind students as the research object, conduct self concept, life satisfaction and mental health related research and analysis. On the basis of the questionnaire survey to get the following conclusion:The Korean left-behind junior high school students self concept and life satisfaction in the average level, there is a mild mental health problems. Korean self-concept of left-behind junior middle school students, life satisfaction is one of the important indicators to measure its mental health or not, is also the important factors that affect their mental health. Among them, the Korean left-behind junior high school students self concept of class level of self, family self and life satisfaction of friendship, freedom, satisfied with their level is the main factor effectively predict their mental health. Therefore, improve the Korean left-behind junior high school students develop positive class of self, family self satisfaction levels and friendship, free satisfaction level is to prevent and solve the main channel of Korean students’ psychological problems.
