The academic pressure that contemporary senior high school students feel is the main source of the pressure they face.It will not only affect their study, but also affect other aspects of daily life.To understand the current situation of Korean high school students' academic stress and its impact on their mental health,it is of great significance to raise their mental health level by proposing effective educational countermeasures. In this study,800 Korean senior high school students were investigated by using two scales: the middle school students' academic stressor scale and the Chinese middle school students' Mental Health Scale?MMHI-60?,at the same time,SPSS25.0 software was used to process the questionnaire data, and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The academic pressure faced by Korean high school students is expected pressure, task demand pressure, competitive pressure,self-development pressure and frustration pressure in order of intensity. The mean of all dimensions of mental health status of Korean high school students ranged from large to small, including emotional imbalance, learning pressure,obsessive-compulsive symptoms, anxiety, interpersonal tension and sensitivity, depression, paranoia, hostility, maladjustment and psychological imbalance.2.There are significant differences in academic pressure and mental health status among Korean high school students of different genders.Female students feel more academic pressure than male students(girls under pressure of competition t=3.638***),and female students have more mental health problems than male students.3.There is no significant difference in academic pressure among Korean high school students from different places of origin and different family types?p>0.05?,but there was a significant difference in mental health status.4.There is no significant difference in academic pressure and mental health status among Korean high school students whose family has only one child or not?p>0.05?.5.There are significant differences in academic pressure among Korean high school students of different grades?frustration pressure F=3.722*?,but no significant differences in mental health status?p>0.05?.6.There are significant differences in academic pressure and mental health status among Korean high school students whose parents are of different educational levels.7.There is a significant positive correlation between academic stress and mental health in Korean high school students?p<0.01?.Through the questionnaire survey,we can see that the impact of Korean high school students' academic pressure on their mental health is mainly reflected in these aspects: the lower the education level of the parents of Korean high school students, the higher the expectations and requirements on their children's studies, which leads to greater academic pressure on students, and then affects their mental health;in the family type of left behind and other Korean high school students, because their parents go out to work, ignore their children's inner feelings, lack of care and care,it will affect their children's mental health;girls are higher than boys in academic stress, they often compare their scores with other students,if they are not ideal, they will have frustration, because academic stress is positively related to mental health,it will affect girls' mental health.Based on the above conclusions, the author puts forward the corresponding educational countermeasures: 1.Schools should set up relevant courses to teach students the methods of self-regulate.2.Parents should give effective psychological support to children;3.Home-school cooperation takes concrete and effective measures to attach importance to the care of left-behind children;4.Students with the same or similar problems shall have group psychological counseling to improve their mental health.
