Training and evaluation of comprehensive qualities of the student in secondaryvocational school is the core concepts of the current development of vocational education.Evaluation methods, evaluation content, scientific and reasonable evaluation method andthe feasible operation are very important for the growth and development of secondaryvocational school students. After years of exploration and practice, vocational educationin China far can not meet the development of the vocational education because it stillfollows the "common education", that is "examination scores evaluation" and "summativeassessment". And it leads to secondary vocational school students lack of competition inthe job market. Therefore, the establishment of new and scientific evaluation system ofstudents in secondary vocational schools is an important subject in the teaching reform ofthe vocational education. The study is targeted to establish the comprehensive qualitiesevaluation of the secondary vocational education school students in Chongqing and thepractical evaluation model according to the characteristics of secondary vocational schoolstudents through the analysis of the status quo of the evaluation of secondary vocationalschool students in Chongqing.On this basis, enhance the teaching quality of secondaryvocational school and improve the students’ employment rate.At the beginning of twenty-first Century the society puts forward new requirementsfor the secondary vocational school students with the development of economy andtechnology. In addition to the basic occupation skill, they should also have certain basicquality, cultural quality and innovation, learning ability. The main content of this study istraining and evaluation of comprehensive qualities of the student in secondary vocationalschool. Using the modern vocational education theory, the theory of man’s all-rounddevelopment, the theory of multiple intelligence, competence based education theory andeducation as the basic theoretical foundation, It elaborates the concept, significance,characteristics and the contents of multi element evaluation of comprehensive quality ofthe secondary vocational school students and discusses the development and application ofthe multi element evaluation information system of the secondary vocational school inChongqing.According to the practical experiences engaged in the vocational education for manyyears and the use of education, psychology and other disciplines related knowledge, thestudy proposed the construction of secondary vocational school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation model, established the multiple evaluation model, developed studentscomprehensive quality evaluation standards and the evaluation index system, through thesampling questionnaire survey and literature research on secondary vocational schoolteachers, students and parents, enterprise management personnel in Chongqing. It not onlyannotated the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation model from the theoretical levelbut also gave the feasible design from the operational level.The biggest feature in this study is not just speculative theory, but in practice. It putforward the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation model, interacted by the school,government, enterprises and families. It enriches the theory of students’ evaluation ofmodern vocational education, but also provided a guarantee for more students successfulemployment and becoming the talents.
