Comprehensive quality evaluation of students in secondary vocational schools can help students to be aware of their own shortcomings,and through the evaluation system of data feedback and analysis,guide students self evaluation,self reflection,self management and self encouragement,promote common development and progress of students in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor and other aspects,has important significance to promote school education the improvement of the quality.The medium occupation education in our country is still not completely out of the traditional teaching pattern,ignoring the character of vocational students "ability standard,personality standard",so it is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality evaluation system of the.Therefore,the medical school of Beihai as an example,the construction of comprehensive quality evaluation model for the diversification of vocational school students.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the purpose,significance and background of the subject,as well as the ideas and methods of the research,The second chapter:basic concepts and theories.In this part,the basic concepts and theoretical basis involved in the process of the research are summarized in detail.Investigation and analysis of the third chapter of the comprehensive quality of vocational students in Beihai health school.This chapter through the field survey,the Beihai research school vocational students comprehensive quality management effect.The fourth chapter is about the construction of pluralistic evaluation model of comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school students.This chapter uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the relevant research results at home and abroad,to create a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of secondary vocational students.The fifth chapter is about the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school students using multiple evaluation model.This chapter takes Beihai medical school as the research object,the specific application methods of Vocational Students' multiple evaluation model will be established by the above described in detail.The sixth chapter conclusion.This paper summarizes the full text.The following conclusions can be drawn from this study:First of all,the background and significance of this topic are briefly summarized,and the results of the literature reading,the paper expounds the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the research process.Through this part of the study for the full text of the research to establish the framework of the research and laid a theoretical foundation.Then,through the questionnaire and summarizes the current comprehensive quality evaluation system for students of Beihai medical school.The results show that the main problems of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of the students in this school are 3 aspects:the evaluation system is unreasonable,the result is light,and the evaluation is narrow.Then,through the domestic and foreign related research results summarized,for the construction of the comprehensive quality evaluation of students,the structure of the model consists of 3 parts:evaluation stage,evaluation content and evaluation.The evaluation stage includes:school learning,teaching practice and internship 3 aspects;ratings include:17 indexes of 4 aspects of ideological quality,cultural quality,psychological quality and practice ability;evaluation subject includes 5 aspects:self-assessment,students,staff,students and parents.In the end,the paper has applied the practice of the comprehensive quality evaluation model of the secondary vocational school students.Select the Beihai school specific student has carried on the comprehensive assessment.The result shows that the evaluation model realizes quantitative and diversified evaluation results.
