The Study On The Social Responsibility Cultivation Of The University Students

The sociality differs people from other animals. During every social formation and everyhistoric stage, each person has his responsibility for the social to work smoothly. The socialresponsibility, which is indispensible in the process of building a well-off society in anall-round way in China, is important for the contemporary university students.I have taught the students in the university students for many years, and have beenconcerned about the growth and overall development of the students. After years of carefulobservation and understanding of the university students，I find that the students are good onthe whole, but there are some factors that are not conducive to the development of the socialharmony and the students, such as a lack of social responsibility in the university students.The lack of social responsibility of the students is not only not conducive to building aharmonious society, the development of higher education, but also not conducive to thestudents’ own long-term growth and talent.It was because of the concern of the state of the social responsibility of the universitystudents and the thinking about the reform of the social responsibility of schools and how toimprove its effectiveness that the paper chose to study this topic on the development of thesocial responsibility of the university students; At the beginning of the context, the papersummarized the theoretical basis from the Marxist theory and the socialist theory withChinese characteristics to support the development of the social responsibility of theuniversity students. Secondly, in the support and guidance of the theories, the paperinvestigated the condition of the social responsibility of the university students in Hainan,pointed out the problems of the social responsibility, and summarized the new characters ofthe university students. Thirdly, the paper analyzed the reasons for the being of the problemsin the four aspects, including the family, the society, the school and the university studentsthemselves. Next, the paper teased the main context of the social responsibility cultivation ofthe university students, such as the ideal faith education, the subject consciousness education,the life value education and the traditional culture education. Finally, combing with above allexpositions, on the basic of the learning from the beneficial foreign experience on the social responsibility training of the education, the paper described several specific training ways andmeans to improve the social responsibility of the university students. To be specific, the waysand means are reflected in the educational reform, the school education, the family education,the social environment and the self-education. In the end, the paper made some expectationfor the social responsibility cultivation of the university students.
