The Study On Cultivating University Students' Social Responsibility Based On Volunteer Service

Volunteering services are based on mutual assistance,dedication,friendship,and progress as the core ways for university students to participate in social affairs.The participating university students can experience the different levels of social life with various service contents to achieve the effect of practice and educating people.Undergraduates can deepen their sense of responsibility,continue to stimulate their sense of responsibility,and hone their responsibility to volunteer through voluntary services,and help university students to clarify their own social responsibilities.Promoting the fulfillment of responsible behavior is a way for university students to achieve self-education,and it is also an effective vehicle for cultivating university students' sense of social responsibility.This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of cultivating university students' social responsibility through voluntary services through literature analysis,investigation and research,as well as practical education theory and human overall development theory.University students are the country's valuable human resources as the main force in the socialist modernization drive.Its sense of responsibility is related to the country's future and destiny.The effect of cultivating university students' social responsibility has been improved,and the way to cultivate students' sense of social responsibility has been broadened and they have participated in voluntary services.It also provides useful guidance for promoting the formation of university students' social responsibility and provides new ideas for the development of university students' ideological and political education.This paper conducts a survey on several representative universities in Xi'an.Understand the status quo of university students' volunteer service and social responsibility cultivation,and focus on the analysis of the major problems facing university students' social responsibility cultivation based on volunteer service.Including that the content of volunteer service is not perfect,the system and mechanism are still not perfect,society,universities and families have not fully understood the role of university students in the cultivation of their sense of responsibility and volunteer service,and their own limitations.According to the problems in the investigation,this paper proposes to further improve the strategy of fostering social responsibility for university students based on volunteer service: First,optimize the service system and lay a foundation for training;Second,improve the mechanisms and consolidate the training effect;Third,coordinate the forces of all parties to form a cooperative force;Fourth,strengthen self-education and promote comprehensive development.
