At March5th2007, premier Wen, Jia Bao strongly recommends that in6normaluniversities which managed by Chinese ministry of education implement normalstudents free teachers’ Education policy in government work report. At May18th《Measures implemented under the Ministry of Education Normal Free TeacherEducation (Trail)》. For free teachers’ education students’ research at first this researchemphasis at interpretation of policy. As time flies, more research pay attention on freeteachers’ education training and employment, almost all the research and attentionaround first free teachers’ education students, nowadays first free teachers’ educationstudents already back to work in their position for three years, As our country, alreadyspend too much money and people to train them, whether or not they adapt theirteaching jobs, but for them, based on our country’s policy whether or not they feelthere is their ideal work destination after graduated. Author had worked in XXNormal university of School of Music as a counselor, for my experiences with thisstudents are all comes from this First free teachers’ education, based on these, authorproposed this topic of “Studies of first teachers’ education in Music career adaptationresearch”.In this research mainly use method of interviews, Interviewed27freeteachers’education students in XX normal university of School of music and afterthat arrange the materials of interview. I analyzed restricted First free teacherseducation in music students career adaptability factors in four. First, restricts careerattitude factor; Second, restricts career ability factor; Third, restrict career humanrelationship factor; Last, restrict career development factor. Against this four factorcauses, combine free teachers education in Music training and employment situation,in order to promote future free teachers education in Music’s career adaptabilitywhich against themselves, training school and employment units represents fourcountermeasures: First, training good career attitude; Second, improve career ability;Third, Build career human relationships; Last, system planning career development.
