Social software is a kind of application software based on information technology andthe Internet, teachers are the main force in teaching, teachers should not only pay attention tothe teaching methods in class and they should pay more attention to teachingresearch.Teaching research activities’ purpose is to promote the all-round development ofstudents and teachers’ professional development, teachers can make teaching work get betterdevelopment and better improve the classroom teaching quality only through the reflectionand learning in teaching research activities. Teaching research activities based on socialsoftware is a kind of new teaching research mode in the background of informationizationteaching.By making full use of social software for teaching research, teachers can not onlyimprove the teaching quality in classroom but also can promote teachers’ professionaldevelopment.This paper conducted in-depth understanding and analysis of social software andunderstood the functions and characteristics of each social software, studied how to choosedifferent social software to solve different problems existing in the teaching research toimprove the quality of teaching and research. In this study,we took Dapu County ofGuangdong Province as an example, selected some teachers randomly and made a survey onthe research status of them. Through the analysis of survey data, we discovered the existingproblems in teaching research of Dapu county primary school teachers.According to researchproblems,we then put forward specific strategies to improve the local teachers’ teachingresearch efficiency by using the appropriate social software.
