In recent years, with the deepening of education reform, the development of human is increasingly concerned on in education. The chemical is a discipline connecting with the practice and production closely, and whether it is educators or those being educated who are all faced with the situation of reform, innovation and expansion. As Chemical teachers who impart knowledge to their students should acquire the forefront of scientific knowledge via reading more literatures and lifelong learning to meet the need in the background of new era. During the development of chemical teacher, vocational character, career psychology, professional behavior, professional competence and self-efficacy should be shown with ingenuity. On the other hand, the requirements for students are no longer merely limited in grasping knowledge. It is essential for them to get the skill by which they can keep their own development sustainably to meet the needs of society. The research presented is to try to make chemical teachers’ own career developments play a role on their students, so that the life outlook, values and world view of students could be formed in this process, which is beneficial to the conformation and developments of their attributes. As a matter of fact, the ultimate purpose of education is always the progress that teachers’ career developments make effect on student’s developments. There are links between the development of educators’ careers and students’ social attributes inevitably because of the people-oriented education. Career development plans of university students and teachers has been researched much, but there is few investigation about the relations of those and middle school students’ social attributes developments. In a different era and education background, the attentions paid on the relationship between teacher and students are different. So, the problem of relations between teachers’ careers and students’ social attributes is becoming a timeless topic of our new era.Whether teacher-students relationships can effect on the development mode of them is investigated by the methods of questionnaires, interviews and quantitative analysis in this article. At the same time, in the author’s opinion, a good teacher-students relationship is the key factor that promotes students’ social attributes development and property development of the teacher’s career. Further, the effective establishment of the “teachers-students mutual promoting model” should be based on the understanding of each other and the forming of long-term and stable relationship. In the background of education reforming, lifelong learning and keeping development are essential. The teacher-students symbiotic model can effectively help teachers and students make progress together and learn from each other. This is a far-reaching effect of long-term stability. This article has shared the five chapters to study the interactions between chemistry teachers’ professional development and students’ social attributes: The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter is theoretical basic research of students’ social attributes and teachers’ professional attributes, which involves those of teacher-student relationship. Third chapter through interviews and questionnaire analysis reveals that as a professional person how do teachers affect social attributes development of students. The fourth chapter presents the symbiotic model of teachers’ professional development and the development of students’ attributes. Chapter five draw the corresponding conclusions and outlook.
