Research On The Education Resource Integration Of Private Higher Education Institutions In Guangxi

Since the reform and opening-up, private colleges in Guangxi have achieved a fast development, by2011, there are a total of12private colleges in Guangxi (excluding independent institute). However, due to the backward economic development and poor resources in Guangxi, the problem that behind the rapid development of the private colleges is also highlighted and not allow to ignore. For nearly10years, the number of students in private colleges in Guangxi increases year by year, and the teachers continue to strengthen, but the scale disparity between private colleges become bigger, and the development become very unbalanced, even the educational resources can not meet the development requirements of the students. Based on this, to Implement the integration of educational resources in Guangxi private colleges is particularly urgent. In this paper, through the literature research, interview method and statistical analysis method, such as to seek the specific strategies in carrying out the integration of education resources in Guangxi private colleges.However, compared with other provinces’private colleges, Guangxi private colleges displays independent influence factors, such as the backward development, resource-poor and challenging opportunities, lack of policy and resource allocation imbalance. Also due to the presence of these features, Guangxi private colleges have risk problem that can not be ignored. In these risks, there are five classes of risk that have larger influence, such as education quality risk, strategy risk, financial management risk, recruitment and employment risk and human resource risk respectively.Poor resources, is a motive factor facilitating the integration of education resources. Guangxi private colleges should actively explore the way to achieve education resource integration, by creating distinctive resources sharing platform, creating a non-government education union organization of group type, building national demonstration private colleges and pilot teaching base of private colleges education resources integration and so on, from this way to gradually achieve the education resource integration. However, education resource integration is a complicated system engineering, which includes the main content of five aspects, respectively for that is financial resources integration, material resources integration, system integration, human resources integration and knowledge resources integration.The realization of education resource integration, need wisdom, except for the private colleges own exploration and efforts, also need the support and help of the government, society and other groups. Private colleges should gather all the strength, to make a scientific top design, and strengthen the cooperation of all aspects, so as to promote the co-construction and sharing of education resources. However, to push the process, private colleges should do the following aspects earnestly:firstly, is to consummate the coordination mechanism for each subject, to build "the government, school, society" tripartite cooperation system framework; Secondly, is to improve the integration policy framework for the development of private colleges education resources, promoting to build regional cooperation system; Thirdly, is to perfect the beibu gulf region counterpart support communication mechanism for education teaching, for optimizing education resources of private colleges; Fourth, is to improve risk prevention mechanism of education resource integration, for realizing resource sustainable development; Fifth, is to consummate the teaching quality evaluation mechanism for education resource integration, ensure the improvement of teaching quality; Sixth, is to reduce the negative impact of private colleges education resource integration, enhance the social benefits of the integration.Through integration, private colleges in Guangxi can optimize education resources, and can share the high quality education resources, so as to solve their money problems brought about by the lack of resources. However, in the process of integration, private colleges should be able to combine risks and benefits, so as to achieve the maximum benefit. In addition, the leading role of the government is also cannot be separated, and the government should change the education concept and carry on the science education planning, so as to strength the operation management of educational resources integration, and give advice and suggestions to promote the implementation of the integration of educational resources.
