The development of online education and the educational information work are widely used,which provides a premise for the development of World University City. The resources sharing model ofWorld University City breaks the expert or institution-building resources form, while the World UniversityCity gives residents the right to build some resources, which encourages the participation of the residents.Furthermore, the resource sharing model of the World University City has brought new challenges andrevolutionary changes for traditional teaching and learning. The author apply the knowledge of supplychain theory to the resources sharing model of the Word University City, I think that is essentially a processof connection: according to the residents’ individual cognitive abilities, knowledge and experience,residents generate knowledge creation in intellectual activity leadership, control and under the coordinatingrole of the external knowledge; based on the residents’ cognitive strategies, individual choice throughknowledge, and under the leadership of the knowledge activities, coordination, measured action, residentscomplete the knowledge absorption process after internalization of knowledge. Based on the circular effectof these two processes and under the residents’ own knowledge of supply chain processes, which completethe resources sharing process of the World University city.Based on the long-term practical application of research and analysis on the basis of datacompilation, I think we should discuss the educational resources sharing process of the World UniversityCity from three aspects: First, the construction of educational resources, due to the the diversity of buildersin the World University City space, the construction mode of educational resources is divided into three,namely, personal self-development, organization and coordination of construction projects; secondly,knowledge management, educational resources, quality assurance; Third, the choice of educationalresources. Author suggests that the world’s resources sharing model, in nature, is actually based on thecity’s university teaching and learning in the World University City space. Teaching is based on thebehavior of the world teaching; learning is all the activities of learning behavior that based on the WorldUniversity City. Author consider that the World University City-based teaching and learning space occursfrom the S-ISAL teaching used in space teaching, as well as from the learners generated learning activitiesin the World University City space, who have ISAS information gathering and analytical skills. As a result of lot of practical researches and learning in the World University City, author foundthat:above all, there is no linkages between high-quality resources navigation and dynamic resource poolsthat search engine links, and the dynamic resource pool where search engine is being is constructed byresidents, but the high-quality resources pool is not. Secondly, in practice, I found that the world’s resourcescan not meet the needs of different groups of learners, and can not cater to the different learning styles oflearners. In order to meet the needs of learners, the direction should be towards the diversification of itsconstruction, life-oriented direction. And then, the teaching model based on World University City spaceshould to be studied, and the applement of S-ISAL teaching is unknown, which only start teaching inhigher vocational colleges, the universities are mostly vocational colleges in the World University City,which is worth pondering. Finally, the ISAS ability of the learner and teachers are unstable, and the currentshortage of information technology professionals, which lead to be a single structure and no features for theworld’s resources etc, which are urgently problems.
